Certified Sommelier Emily Tolbert (Del Frisco's) has overseen all beverage pairings and is curating an eclectic mix of wines for each dinner, with the exception of two. One features a local brewery, Dimond Knoll along with their brewmasters, and the other features Chanin & Lutum wines with winemaker Gavin Chanin.
