Remember Swing Kids? Or Madonna's swing scene in A League of Their Own? Did it make you want to dance?
If so, here's the perfect opportunity with a Swing/Lindy Hop crash course hosted by the Houston Swing Dance Society. Running in conjunction with a much larger festival, Lindyfest, the beginner's workshop is the perfect start to becoming a seasoned swing dancer.
Classes are Friday and Saturday, 12pm-4pm, and include a dance and performance Saturday night.
