Legacy Community Health Services is a nonprofit organization and the largest federally qualified health center in Houston. This luncheon, chaired by Phoebe Tudor and Ceron, will enable Legacy to continue to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to all Houstonians in a culturally sensitive, judgment-free and confidential environment.
