Franklin Sirmans, curator of modern and contemporary art at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (a position he previously held at the Menil), returns to the museum to discuss his latest project, Prospect.3 New Orleans. The third edition of the renowned international art biennial, Prospect.3 New Orleans invites leading contemporary artists from around the world to showcase their practices in a setting that is both historically and culturally exceptional.
