Meet the cheesemakers of Sartori for a tasting of five exclusive cheeses paired with five small batch brews, including the debut of Texas National, the newest member of the League of Extraordinary Brewers and the city's newest brewery.
There will be two pairing sessions, one at 7 p.m., the other at 8:30 p.m. Each tasting will welcome 25 guests. At 10 p.m., the open cheese tasting begins with any beers available at the bar.
