A beer pairing dinner true to the steampunk theme begins the evening at 7 p.m. Guests will feast on a modernist rendition of Queen Victoria's Banquet Table, paired with brews.

At 9 p.m., the doors will open to party-goers for rare tastings of beer and craft hors d'oeuvres, including a "Champagne Yeast" midnight toast. Each guest will receive a sparkler to light against the downtown skyline at midnight.

All proceeds will benefit the Brewery Incubator, an organization that helps Texas breweries launch.
