This restored 35mm print film tells the story of a woman (Eleonora Rossi Drego) returning to her native Turin to open a fashion salon who joins a group of troubled, wealthy young people after one of them attempts suicide. Based on the novella by Italian poet and novelist Cesare Pavese, this 1955 film is directed by Michelangelo Antonioni.
