Laura Rathe Fine Art will present a solo exhibition featuring the work of renowned artist duo, Stallman Studio. Artists Stephen Strum and Jason Hallman, working jointly as Stallman Studio, merge talent and vision to redefine the traditional model of painting. Together, by combining painting and sculpture, the duo has pioneered a new technique, forming a body of work dubbed “Canvas on Edge.” In these groundbreaking works, hand cut canvas strips are meticulously twisted into dynamic compositions, each as unique as the organic cellular models that inspired them.
