Laura Rathe Fine Art presents "Summer Light," a group exhibition featuring new works by contemporary artists Cassandra Blackmore, Michael Laube, Gil Bruvel, and Hunt Rettig.
A selection of bold and colorful works will be on exhibit from these notable artists. "Summer Light" explores how each artist breaks the conventions of their respective mediums while all utilizing and harnessing the effects of light to create their vision. At first glance, the art forms are deceptively static. However, the viewers’ interactions with the art builds an accumulating narrative by exploring and discovering the movement, playfulness, and dimensional qualities of each piece.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display until September 20.
