Latin Wave 2010: Alamar screening and Opening Night Party at MFAH

Alamar tells the story of five-year-old Natan after his Italian mother and Mexican-mayan father decide to divorce. Natan is scheduled to move back to Italy with his mother, but before leaving Mexico, he stays with his father and learns the ways of the fishermen. The film's director, Pedro Gonzáles Rubio, will be in attendance.

The Film Festival's Opening Night Party follows the screening.
