Olivia (Loreto Aveno) is visiting her mother when gets a bizarre call from a collection agency looking for a so-called Lorena Ruiz and insisting that she pay her accumulated debt. Arriving home, Olivia receives a series of calls from more collection agencies demanding that she pay up, oblivious to Olivia's insistence that she is not Lorena Ruiz.
When her cell phone also becomes invaded by a stranger demanding a meeting with Lorena, Olivia determines to take matters into her own hands and get her identity back, a quest that sends her into the underbelly of Santiago de Chile's nocturnal culture.
Chilean filmmaker Isidora Marras' feature debut is a chilling tale of stolen identity in the information age.
