For the first time ever during Super Bowl festivities, the Latin culture will be celebrated during a charity event highlighting the best art, music, dance and food from a diverse representation of Latin communities.
Latin Bowl will feature dancing, and music to include salsa, samba, merengue, bachata, cumbia, and more. There will be authentic cuisines from Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Dominica, Costa Rica and Spain, among others.
In recognition of Super Bowl, several active and retired NFL players will be in attendance, including Mychal Rivera from the Oakland Raiders. Musical performers will include internationally renowned Latin band, Crocro y su Tumbaká and Puerto Rican songstress, Isis “The Voice.” Proceeds of the event will benefit Year of the Woman – a social and artistic initiative standing against violence toward women
