The five talented sisters of Las Fenix stopped by the park to help kick off Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations with a high-energy Tejano/Norteño concert. The Consul General of Mexico in Houston, Alicia Kerber, will reenact the traditional Grito of Independence, in remembrance of  the 210th anniversary of Mexico’s War of Independence.

This will be a virtual concert that viewers can watch from home.
