Chef John Michael Lynch of Ristorante Cavour hosts the first ever "La Primavera a Tavola," an event showcasing the talents of six local chefs that benefits the Houston Food Bank.
La Primavera a Tavola, Spring at the Table in Italian, will allow each chef to highlight a spring ingredient of their choosing. Each course will be paired with a wine by Jeremie Heng and will include varietals from Saddleback Cellars, Domaine Collin, Fiddlehead Cellars, Alpha Omega Winery, O'Brien Estate and Merlo Family Vineyard.
Chef Ryan Hildebrand of Triniti Restaurant, chef David Denis of Le Mistral, chef Ken Arnone, chef Mark Cox of Mark's American Cuisine and pastry chef Alison Murphy of the Houston Country Club will participate.
