Former Mayor and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros will discuss strategies for inclusive growth in cities, improving urban and social infrastructure and planning for affordable housing. During his four terms as mayor of San Antonio (1981-89), Cisneros helped rebuild the city’s economic base and spurred the creation of jobs through massive infrastructure and downtown improvements.
