Cruise historic ranch roads on your bicycle while searching for wildlife and big Texas icons like oil wells and cattle. Cyclists of all ages — including children — are invited. Groups are welcome. Fall is a perfect time to enjoy the many outdoor activities on the Katy Prairie. The weather is generally mild, and there is a lot of wildlife to see. The Range Ride, part of KPC's Unplugged Adventures, gives people a chance to experience nature from a unique perspective while getting some great exercise.

Snacks will be provided, though it's recommended that participants bring a sack lunch. Advance registration is required; participants must bring their own bikes. 

Katy Prairie Conservancy is also looking for volunteers to help lead participants on the ride, which begins and ends at Warren Ranch.
