Dr. Kristin Neff, an associate professor for human development and culture at The University of Texas at Austin, will speak on her pioneering book Self Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself, which has been described as “transformative” and “life-changing." The Benefit also will serve as an official introduction of The Jung Center's new Mind, Body, Spirit Institute, which launches in 2018.
