The Joe E Moreno Memorial Golf Tournament is organized by the family and friends of the late State Representative Joe Moreno of Houston. All proceeds will benefit the Mostyn Moreno Foundation as it fulfill its mission to support, promote and operate programs, projects and collaborative efforts in Texas, primarily in the East, Southeast and the Gulf Coast regions, that serve to encourage the abilities of children with special needs.
