Butch Hancock, a raspy-voiced mystic out of West Texas, and his childhood friend Jimmie Dale Gilmore started out in country music with Joe Ely as The Flatlanders a long time ago. Saturday’s concert offers a rare chance to see Hancock and Gilmore trade songs as an acoustic duo in the intimate confines of the Mucky Duck.
