Japan-America Society of Houston presents JASH Bash

The Japan-America Society of Houston’s annual JASH Bash is a celebration of the culinary arts. The event features the culinary excellence of local chefs Hugo Ortega (executive chef/co-owner of five of Houston’s top restaurants – Backstreet Cafe, Hugo’s, Caracol, Xochi and URBE) and Manabu Horiuchi (four-time James Beard Award nominee and Executive Chef at award-winning Kata Robata and soon-to-open Katami).

Guests can celebrate JASH's 55th anniversary with a collaborative dinner that highlights the impact of gastronomic traditions from Japan and Mexico on Houston’s living culture.
