The walk-around tasting will be a gathering of chefs from the Houston culinary community and beyond. Food stations will be hosted by Chef Michelle Wallace of Gatlin’s BBQ in Houston, Chef Cassie Shortino from Phoenix, and many more. Each station’s offering will reflect the chef’s signature style and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurant and community. The tasting will also have beverage stations and other activations from national and local sponsors.
