The James Beard Foundation will host the Houston event of its annual Taste America culinary series, presented by Capital One, will take place at Xin Chào.
The dinner will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by chefs Christine Ha and Tony Nguyen of Xin Chào in Houston and chef Akino West of Rosie’s in Miami. The menu will reflect their signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities. The dinner will also include beverage pairings for each course.
