Izakaya and Suntory, one of Japan’s oldest whisky makers, will be offering flights, bites and a special cocktail in an introductory class to this acclaimed line of whiskies. This is an event focused on both whisky lovers and people in the beverage business.
All participants will get a flight of Suntory’s Hibiki Harmony, Hakushu 12 year, and Yamazaki 12 year, as well as one Suntory Toki Highball. Executive Chef Jean Philippe Gaston will be providing small bites paired with the whiskies, including Takoyaki, Korubuta Sausage and Pork Katsu. A representative from Suntory will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about the whiskies and the distilleries.
