“It’s not about a hurricane, it’s about America." In Trouble the Water, 24-year-old aspiring rap artist Kimberly Rivers Roberts weaves her video camera footage of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina with archival news segments and verite footage shot over the next two years by directors Tia Lessin and Carl Deal. Roberts will attend the screening.
