The Italian Cultural & Community Center hosts a cooking demonstration and dinner that features the flavors of Italian-American cuisine. Led by executive chef Carmelo Mauro, owner of Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano, guests will explore the gastronomic treasures of the Italian Region of Liguria.

The menu features hors d'oeuvre such as Crostini di Mare alla Genovese, Focaccia al Formaggio and Panissa followed by Ciuppin, a typical fish stew, as appetizer. Diners will also enjoy Trofie al Pesto as a first course and Tonno alla Genovese served with Fagiolini alla Genovese and Frittata di Biete as a second course. Dessert will feature Pesche Ripiene.

All courses have been paired with wines specifically selected by Mauro.
