Participants will experience Umbria as they learn about the culture and traditions while discovering the art of making two dishes from the Italian region.
Participating couples will learn how to make strangozzi alla norcina con tartufo, a pasta dish with sausage and truffles, and ciambelline all’olio d’oliva e vino, ring-shaped cookies made with olive oil and wine.
