Maurizio Ferrarese of Quattro Restaurant-Four Seasons Hotel will represent Piedmont, Renato De Pirro of Ristorante Cavour-Hotel Granduca will represent Tuscany, Giancarlo Ferrara of Arcodoro Restaurant will represent Campania and Roberto Lombardo, all the way from Palermo, will represent Sicily.
