Italian Cultural & Community Center hosts "A tavola con le tradizioni . . . Sardegna"

The Italian Cultural & Community Center will host executive chefs Giancarlo Ferrara and ​Efisio Farris of Arcodoro Restaurant. During the evening, the chefs will lead diners through the culinary traditions of Italy's region of Sardinia.

Aperitif
Pane Gattiau, Sardinian music bread with Fruttato olive oil, sea salt and Sardinian pecorino cheese

Appetizer
Calamares e Carzofeddas, calamari with fresh artichokes and bottarga

First course
Paella e Fregula Sarda, Sardinian paella

Second course
Porcu a sa Sapa, pork tenderloin with Saba glaze

Dessert
Semifreddo al Miele Rankidu, parfait with bitter honey
