The Italian Cultural & Community Center will host the 8th Annual Festa di Ferragosto. Guests will watch the film L’ora Legale, a 2017 comedy about a fictional town in Sicily, directed by and starring Ficarra and Picone. The story follows the two, who try to have two separate candidates elected, and the aftermath of a mayor who wins with the goal of bringing honesty and strict laws to the corrupt village. When the new laws backfire on the bar they run, they’ll do whatever they can to have him thrown out of office.
