The Italian Cultural & Community Center will host the 7th Annual Festa di Ferragosto. Guests will watch the film Che Vuoi Che Sia, a 2016 comedy following the story of a young man and his girlfriend after they challenge the web to crowdfund for a sex tape to finance his work and afford having a child together. The film is directed by Edoardo Leo and stars Fabrizio Coniglio, Maria Di Biase, and Anna Foglietta. The run time is 105 minutes and will include English subtitles.

Guests are welcome to bring their favorite bottle of wine and other outside food and drink. The ICCC will be providing Italian pizza and soft drinks to all attendees.

Ferragosto is an Italian holiday on August 15 celebrating the Catholic feast of the Assumption of Mary. The holiday traditionally marks the beginning of summer holiday for many Italians, who use the long weekend to travel outside of the city. The celebration is celebrated through feasts with family members, trips to cooler and quieter environments, and horse races.
