The eighth annual International Risotto Festival pits leading chefs in a spirited competition. The afternoon of food, fun and festivities including showroom tours and exotic cars benefits the University of Houston Hilton College and the Greater Houston Restaurant Association. CultureMap's Shelby Hodge is one of the judges. Competing chefs include John Sheely, Philippe Schmit, David Grossman and Frankie B. Mandola.
