The For All Humanity Luncheon recognizes and benefits the thousands of refugees resettled each year by Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston. This year's luncheon honors Asha and Farid Verani.
Each year, Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston resettles refugees fleeing their homelands in fear of political, social, or religious persecution. Funds raised at the For All Humanity Luncheon helps pay for the basic necessities needed by refugees to begin their new life in Houston. IM is proud to note that more than 90 percent of its refugees are self-sufficient within six months of arrival.
