Intempo Dance Ensemble will present a complete week of events honoring Latin American Director and Composer Eduardo Mata.
Schedule of events
- October 4: Mr. Mata Biography, presented by Guest Director Sergio Bernal, Director of Utha State University Orchestral Deptartment.
- October 5: Director Mata - The Conductor, a Dialog moderated by Mr. Raul Orlando Edwards (Director/Founder at FLAMART) with a special group of panelists who performed and danced with Director Mata.
- October 6: Eddy Marcano & Quartet - Onda Nueva, a journey through the Mr. Mata 's loved Latin American music in a unique and exquisite way of Venezuelan Director Aldemaro Romero's way to sound.
- October 7: Houston Latin Chamber Orchestra premiere - A group of talented musicians from Houston get together to honor Mr. Mata passion for the music.
