"Ancient Sounds" brings together two distinguished ancient musical cultures, Iraq and India, in a string quintet featuring Iraq's oud player Rahim AlHaj; two sarod players of India, Amaan and Ayaan Ali Khan; the middle-eastern percussionist Isaa Malluf; and India's tabla virtuoso Abhijit Banerjee.
