I'll Have What She's Having's first bicoastal event will feature Chef Simi Adebajo of Eko Kitchen in San Francisco, who will teach food writer Francine Spiering in the Houston IHWSH kitchen some of her favorite street food bites from her native Nigeria. Bar star Lainey Collum will treat viewers to an original zero proof cocktail creation.

Ingredient kits will be delivered to participants. Proceeds benefit San Francisco New Deal and IHWSH's Twenty4Change, organizations working to provide food-insecure families with nutrient-forward meals during the pandemic.
