Leila Levinson is the daughter of World War II United States Army doctor and concentration camp liberator, Reuben Levinson. Her book Gated Grief deals with the legacy of trauma and the unspoken memories that continue to imprison and haunt World War II veterans. She will discuss her book and her father's experiences in this public lecture.
