This award-winning documentary explores the unique Jewish experience in France from the revolutionary cries of "Vive la France!" in Yiddish to German-occupied and Vichy France during World War II to the nation's complex attitudes toward Israel in the 21st century.
The film features interviews with more than a dozen leading French politicians, intellectuals, and artists and takes from an enormous bank of archival material.
The documentary is divided into two parts; a ticket must be purchased for each.
