Now 37 years and counting, downtown's Hyatt Regency Houston is setting the stage for the city's longest-running New Year's Eve party. The evening is set to kick off into 2015 with an all-night celebration that includes a 50,000-balloon cascade from its 33-story atrium at midnight, live performances by Roger Creager and The Fab 5, a DJ and room packages.
