Last year, "terrorists" kidnapped Dayna Steele and Wayne Dolcefino but they were soon released at the annual Houston Police Foundation's True Blue Gala. So who knows what's in store this year when Paige and Tilman Fertitta once again open their home to the annual fundraiser. Police officers, the SWAT team, the horseback brigade and guests paying big bucks in support of the our men and women in blue fill the Ferttitas' garden down for the dinner and program. Guests will be treated to the "Blue Hawaii" themed evening that will help fund special programs, officer safety, training equipment and new technology.
