With more than 300 guests expected, this year's Ambassadors Gala will be a fantastic evening of animal experiences as well as food and drink from an array of Houston-area eateries. Guests will mix and mingle near the jaguar and cougar habitats for the cocktail hour, sampling light bites and libations and enjoying exciting demonstrations and keeper chats with the carnivores team.

The party will then move to the Masihara Pavilion for savory samples from several Houston-area restaurants, cocktails and dynamic animal presentations, including a special visit from the zoo's sea lion team. Auction items will be available for bids throughout the evening. 

Proceeds from the event benefit the Houston Zoo's animal care, education and conservation programs.
