Come as a flapper or come as you are, dress as a gangster or silent silver screen star for Houston Young People for the Arts' party saluting the 1920s and celebrating HYPA's eighth year of promoting Houston's art scene to young supporters. This year's gala is inspired by the 25th anniversary season of Da Camera of Houston.
