Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys

eventdetail

The Houston Texans and the Dallas Cowboys only get to play for real once every four years — and this time the game is at Reliant Stadium, racketing up the usual celebratory gameday atmosphere even more and creating an unofficial scalpers' holiday.

Dallas (0-2) comes into the game desperate for a win, with its coach (Wade Phillips) under fire and its quarterback (Tony Romo) coming up short in any comparison with Texans' QB Matt Schaub. The Texans (2-0), on the other hand, are off to the most promising start in team history, feeling that the playoffs are finally within reach.

Houston does have to deal with the loss of left tackle Duane Brown, who was suspended for four games this week for failing a performance-enhancing drug test. The Cowboys pass-rushing game-changer DeMarcus Ware could wreak more havoc with Brown not there to protect Schaub's blindside. But after the Texans rallied from 17 points down to win at Washington last week, Houston has a team that believes it can overcome almost anything.
