Houston Symphony Young Professionals Backstage hosts "Moon Walk"

eventdetail

Park for free at the Houston Club (located at 910 Louisiana, parking entrance at the corner of Louisiana and Walker) and walk two blocks over to Jones Hall to join Young Professionals Backstage for a multimedia event as the Houston Symphony performs a back-to-back lineup of the first two installments in the HD Odyssey film series – The Planets and The Earth - under the baton of music director designate Andrés Orozco-Estrada.

See striking images shown on a giant screen above the orchestra, taken from NASA's missions to earth's orbit and explorations of the solar system. Then moon walk back the Houston Club's 49th floor ballroom for a cosmic night filled with space-themed Twitter trivia, prizes, a flip-book photo booth, a dance floor and complimentary beverages and light bites.

Also, catch a special afterparty appearance by Estrada. KTRK's video cameras will be there to catch the party in action.
