A complete performance of Wagner's Ring Cycle would take 15 hours. The Houston Symphony has kindly condensed the four-opera series to an evening performance featuring its highlights. "Ride of the Valkyries" will undoubtedly be among the pieces performed. It's one of Wagner's most famous pieces and featured in Apocalypse Now and Bugs Bunny's "What's Opera Doc?"
