Houston Symphony presents "Ravel’s Daphnis and Chloe"

The Harry Potter Film Concert Series returns with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the fifth film in the Harry Potter series. Keitaro Harada will conduct the Houston Symphony in performing the magical score live while the entire film plays in high-definition on a 40-foot screen.

"Ravel’s Daphnis and Chloe," featuring conductor Kevin John Edusei, cellist Brinton Averil Smith, and the Houston Symphony Chorus, will include Smyth's The Wreckers Overture, Saint -Saëns' Cello Concerto No. 1, and Ravel's Daphnis and Chloe (complete ballet score).
