Houston Symphony presents Fabien Gabel Conducts French Masterworks

The Houston Symphony will usher in Valentine’s Day with a sparkling and evocative all-French program, led by renowned French conductor Fabien Gabel. Camille Pépin’s spellbinding Avant les clartés de l’aurore evokes the magical moments before dawn’s light. Tomasi’s blazing and theatrical Fanfares liturgiques spotlights the Symphony’s powerhouse brass section, and the concerts close with the effervescence and lighthearted charm of Poulenc’s Sinfonietta.
