In a free concert with a special nod to fathers, the Houston Symphony Chorus will be showcased in a performance featuring the music of Dvořák, Mozart, Bach, Bernstein, a collection of American folk songs and more.
The chorus, comprised entirely of volunteers, is the official choral unit of the Houston Symphony and has performed under the direction of internationally acclaimed conductors. For this performance, Crista Miller will accompany the chorus on the organ and Scott Holshouser will be the pianist. There will be one intermission during the program.
