The Houston Super Bowl Host Committee will hold their signature event, Luminaries of the Game, an exclusive evening of dinner and superstar entertainment to celebrate the pinnacle of professional football. The NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame and sports celebrities will come together with Houston’s best and brightest, illuminating all that makes Houston an extraordinary place to host Super Bowl LI. The evening will highlight great moments in football history and showcase Houston as the city of the future. Most importantly, the event will honor Houston luminaries, Janice and Robert McNair.
The charitable goal of the event is $1 million, with an additional $1 million to be matched by the NFL Foundation. All proceeds will benefit the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee’s charitable giving program, Touchdown Houston, supporting non-profit organizations throughout the community with a focus on three key areas of Houston’s future: education, health and wellness, and community enhancement.
