The 2019 Rory Miggins Memorial Irish Music Festival & Stew Cook-off will feature samples from cooks, music on inside and outside stages, dancers, bagpipers, face painters, vendors and world-famous Billy Carr Stout Relay. Proceeds will benefit the 60th Annual Houston St. Patrick’s Parade.
