This public relations event includes speakers who have worked on high profile cases as celebrity cyclist Lance Armstrong's fall from grace and the Kuwaiti detainees in Guantanamo. The conference is hosted by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Houston chapter and is open to all industry groups and college students.
Gene Grabowski, executive vice president of Levick, a crisis public relations specialist and former White House news reporter, will deliver the luncheon keynote address, titled "Communicating with a Global Platform." The closing keynote address, titled "Communicating with Grace while Going Mach 1," will be presented by Katherine McLane, vice president of communications and external affairs of the LiveStrong Foundation.
